- Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
- Refunds or exchanges are available for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items upon verification.
- Perishable items cannot be returned unless they arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
